Karen Landay is a Ph.D. Candidate in management and Graduate Council Fellow in the Culverhouse College of Business at the University of Alabama. She received her B.M. from the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University and her M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
Karen’s research interests include leadership, music in the workplace, and work passion. She has published her work in journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Human Resource Management Review, The Leadership Quarterly, Personality and Individual Differences, and Journal of Business Research.
